Parking
This site is run by a fellow student, and after I finish at uni, by whoever takes it over (please apply, I'm done soon). It has nothing to do with AAU or APCOA officially. Questions or problems: LKAHN@student.aau.dk.
What I store: your student email, phone number, number plate, weekly schedule, and a log of every time parking was registered for you. I can see all of it. I need it to run the service and to help you when something breaks. Your phone number and plate are encrypted in the database, but I hold the keys, so that only protects your data if someone steals the server or a backup. It doesn't hide anything from me.
Who else gets it: every time parking is registered, your plate and phone number go to APCOA, the parking company, plus your receipt email if receipts are on. That's how the permit gets made, and their own terms and privacy policy apply. Apart from that, I only share your info if the law makes me, or to sort out a disagreement about your own parking. I don't sell it or use it for anything else. Pinky promise I won't do weird stuff with it.
You're still the driver: check your receipts. If a registration fails, the fine goes to you, not me. Don't assume it worked just because it usually does.
Getting your data deleted: your data stays until you ask me to remove it. To get it gone, email me at LKAHN@student.aau.dk from the email address on your account, or text me at +45 53 33 35 76 from the phone number on your account, and I'll delete everything.
You confirm your student email again every 90 days.
